Every week we are in someone’s back yard building a new shed, and our customers love them!

My son and I have been doing this for years together and we make a good team. We put together a lot of sheds and the things that stand out above all when finished

What would you expect to pay to a contractor if you asked them to build a shed? A shed like those around the corner, but you want it to be better, and to build it on your site?

Our sheds include the following features:

• No extra charges for leveling blocks and travel distance
• Custom built - NOT a kit
• Held together with nails not staples (nails that are combination nail and screw so it withstands long term outside abuse)
• Piano hinges the length of the door, metal or wood, for security reasons (not standard gate or house pin hinges)
• Functional windows and taller walls
• Treated floor joists and the thickest treated plywood provided in stores is a must (since the shed bottom will be exposed to moisture and insects for years to come you want)
• Siding that won't rot and resistant to mold and insects and it comes primed ready for paint
• Vinyl that can handle a Category 5 hurricane if need be
• Real wood trim on the corners of the shed and also on the windows and doors
• And you want eaves (of course!)
• A large ridge vent on each end so your trusses won't age faster than needed
• Shingles to match your current roof as closely as possible (and no extra charge if they have to be dimensional shingles)
• A work bench built with an angled edger board so you can easily reach underneath it for things without it being in the way
• The loft and workbench are made strong enough for a 280lb man to walk on them with ease.
